These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://goldennummbers.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Probiz, doing business as goldennummbers.com, an authorized Etisalat (e&) dealer in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

goldennummbers.com is an authorized Etisalat (e&) dealer in the United Arab Emirates. We help customers discover, reserve, and activate premium, easy-to-remember mobile numbers and Etisalat (e&) postpaid plans. As an authorized dealer, we sell and facilitate Etisalat (e&) products and services through official channels. While we are an authorized Etisalat dealer, we are an independent business and not Etisalat (e&) itself — final activation, billing, and ongoing network service are provided directly by Etisalat (e&) under its own consumer terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the United Arab Emirates to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The Service

• We display a curated catalogue of UAE mobile numbers and current promotional plans for informational purposes.
• We accept inquiries via web forms, WhatsApp, telephone, and email, and respond with availability, pricing, and reservation guidance.
• Final activation, billing, and ongoing service of any mobile number is performed by Etisalat (e&) under its own terms.
• Number availability, prices, plans, and promotions are subject to change without notice and depend on Etisalat (e&)'s own inventory and policies.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when making an inquiry or reservation request.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related infrastructure.
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited promotional content, spam, or harassing messages.
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Pricing, Reservations, and Payments

Any price displayed on the website is an estimate based on the latest information from the operator and may change at the time of activation. A reservation is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing (WhatsApp, email, or SMS) and any required deposit is received. Payments for the underlying telecom service are made to Etisalat (e&). Any dealer service or facilitation fee charged by us will be communicated and agreed in writing before payment.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If a reserved number cannot be activated due to availability on Etisalat's side, any dealer service fee paid to us for that specific reservation will be refunded in full. Fees for completed reservations are non-refundable once Etisalat (e&) has activated the SIM. Refunds for Etisalat's own charges are governed by Etisalat's policies. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, the goldennummbers.com brand, code, and the design of the website — is owned by Probiz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The names "Etisalat", "e&", and related logos remain the property of Etisalat (e&) and are referenced solely to describe the products and services we are authorized to sell as a dealer.

8. Social Media and Automated Posting

We operate official social media presences for the goldennummbers.com brand, including on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (handle @telecom.store.uae). We use authorised first-party publishing tools and APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API, and similar) to schedule and publish content to our own accounts on a recurring basis. These automated posts contain promotional content for goldennummbers.com only and never post on behalf of any third party or end user.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, including telecom operator websites, social platforms, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any number listed will remain available, that pricing will be honoured by the telecom operator, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Probiz, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the dealer service fees actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Probiz and its representatives from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially viable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the website. Your continued use of the Service after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
