This policy explains how cancellations, replacements, and refunds work for number reservations and Etisalat (e&) plan activations facilitated by goldennummbers.com, operated by Probiz ("we", "us", or "our"). We are an authorized Etisalat (e&) dealer in the UAE. We facilitate Etisalat postpaid plans and premium VIP number activations; where a service is provided by Etisalat (e&), the carrier's own consumer terms also apply.
When you reserve a VIP number through us, the reservation is held for a limited period while we complete your activation. If you decide not to proceed:

As a dealer, we facilitate activation but cannot waive or override Etisalat's carrier terms. Before activating, we will clearly explain the plan price, commitment, and what is included so you can make an informed decision.
If you receive a SIM that is faulty, or if the number delivered does not match the number you reserved, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or correction at no additional cost to you.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds, where applicable, are returned using your original payment method.
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to 5% VAT. Plan prices and promotions are set by Etisalat (e&) and may change without notice. We will always confirm the current price with you before activation.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
